Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. We were given an early check-in, which was really appreciated. The room view was nice, overlooking the Dom. The breakfast room was spacious, and the food choices were ample. Great location, too.
Very happy with most things. The room rate was on the high side, but this may have been due to a large conference in Koln at the time. Having coffee-making facilities in the room would have been a nice touch.

Location is cool, hotel is clean and staff friendly
The beds were completely unconfortable, woke up with back pain. At the entrance there is a wheelchair lift, but nothing for the baby stroller. I need to carry it up with the baby inside from the stairs. Other than that it was very nice
