The public spaces were beautifully designed and presented and very welcoming. There is a lovely courtyard space for alfresco working/relaxing. The breakfast was good quality. The staff were charming and helpful. My room was well designed and had everything I required.
It was quite a way from the city centre and quite far from the exhibition centre. There was no restaurant in the hotel and not so many restaurants or public transport in the neighbourhood. My hot water tap was not working in my room, which did not really bother me. I reported it and was told that it would be fixed.

Free parking, staff was wonderful. Bus stop right around the corner. The lobby looked very nice and I liked the weird-ass face statues. I liked the design elements in and around the rooms.
Blinds on the outside were broken and were knocking on the window because of the wind all night. Let the staff know at night but unfortunately the hotel was booked out so they couldn't give us another room. The kind guy who came over to check it out did say we could call him again and he would figure something out to tie the blinds down or something, but we felt bad about bothering him and it was 2am and we were tired, so we didn't.
They gave us free breakfast in the morning to make up, which was a nice gesture but the breakfast was a little disappointing to be honest haha. Not a lot of variety. Coffee machine was broken and most items were gone/empty when we got there. After we grabbed our breakfast, things were restocked/refilled. Can just be bad timing of course, but it was just a bummer.
Lights on the hallways were motion-detected, but lit up too slow for my taste, causing you to walk in the darkness for a bit before they spring on.

Parking is available outside the hotel on the street with one bay for electrical charging. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. 8:30 Saturday morning was very quiet :-).
Not many options for convenient places to eat nearby, ended up ordering some food via Uber Eats. It is a 50 min walk into the city centre (Cathedral) so taxi or public transport needed unless you like walking on busy streets. The hotel could provide more info on easy ways to get into the city.
