The location and easy access to the city and concert hall (palladium) with public transportation. The staff was very friendly!
When we first entered our room it smelled really bad (like water that had been standing still for a while) we had to air out our room and put on the AC which helped but it took a while for the smell to be gone completely. Also the door to the shower / toilet wasnt that great. It does not close properly and you can hear everything when youre in the room.

Huge room, much space, bathroom looked good
- Glas wall to bathroom (toilette) is a NO GO. There were curtains but they were transparent - Huge room but, given that, the bed was really small. Make it 2m wide for such large rooms - Room would not heat up enough, so apparently the radiator is not good enough for such a large room - As bed was small (only 1.40m or so wide), I needed to sleep on couch (because wife + kid needed the space) but the couch consisted of squares, so lying down there did only work by fixing it on both sides
