The hotel is extremely close to Koln Messe and we could walk it every morning to the trade fair which was a big plus give the amount of cars that go to this location.
I think the breakfast is a bit over priced for what is offered. It could be much better if a few more items are added.

Very Poor
Very bad experience. 3 nights almost €1300, without breakfast. The view from the room is bad, bugs are walking around the room, the shower is not functional. As a welcome, a small bottle of water 0.3 l. All in all; not good value for money .
If you are a woman and a solo traveler you will not feel comfortable in this hotel, long dark corridors - without enough light

I liked the breakfast and online check in . I loved that it was tucked away and quiet area . Close to Palladium for shows.
The pillows were a little uncomfortable and flat.

Room was quite large as well as bathroom. We also requested an extra bed for a todller and was very happy with what was supplied. Breakfast the next morning was quite good, both warm breakfast and continental was available. Good selection of fruit juices. We could also use the hotel's car charging facility - even though expensive with hotel rates - it was really convenient to use.
No coffee machine in the room (probably an oversight from the hotel since we had coffee pods)

Really nice hotel with extremely friendly and helpful employees. Rooms decorated with taste, which was the cherry on the cake. Handy location when one needs to go to the Kölnmesse.

The breakfast was fine, the staff is attentive and polite. Room and other spaces are quite clean.
Location is awful! In between wrecks of old factories, surrounded by abandoned places with dirty sidewalks and decorated with broken windows. Then, in the room there is neither kettle nor fridge. When you leave the bathroom, there is a risk to fall because of a step between the door and the main room floor! Room is small. For >180 Euro/night I would expect much more!!
