The location and quietness of the room on the 6th floor. The man at the front desks was welcoming and gave clear information about the doors, closing time, wifi code, a restaurant.
No atmosphere at the hotel. Set up with some contemporary looking chairs and lamps does not make for a contemporary vibe; lobby is more a walk-through to the elevator. No bar, no sitting area where fellow-travellers can spend a little time, etc.

Room was fine, clean comfortable bed. Towels and some toiletries included.
Room definitely needs air conditioning as it was tough to sleep in Cologne during the summer without it. No fan included.

Great location. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was a bit hot and didn't have air conditioning (but mind you, it was 30 degrees C outside)
