24 hour reception, and always very friendly. The location is very central and only 15 minutes walking to the Dom. You cant park in front , they have a private parking place just around the corner or you can park your car in a public garage 2 min walking from the hotel.
Unfortunately they dont do breakfast anymore.

Good location near the underground line, so can get to all parts of city.
Hot water took ages to heat up - had to run the tap/shower for several minutes before it eventually warmed up. Bad shower design, and shower head/pressure was too high and spurted water all over the floor.

Room was spacious and nice. Located in the most lively neighbourhood so every dining and clubbing location is within walking distance <3 Staffs were so nice and supported. I forgot my handbag there and they were assisted me of shipping it back to the NL <3
There was no breakfast on Saturday which is a shame but it was fine for me as well. Wouldn't say "I don't like it"
