Very Expensive. No breakfast included in €235 per night room, breakfast extra €30 pp. This is Cologne (Köln) not New York.
TV remote not working from 1st night but no response from reception.
Discoloured bedlinen, thin worn towels. No slippers. No shower cap. No bathrobes. No minibar. 4 clothes hangers.
This was sold as a Superior Deluxe Double room - extremely disappointing.

Nice quiet modern clean room with nice view, materials used not cheap. Coffee machine with capsules. Super central for our activities in Belgian quarters.
Old TV, could not connect tablet, staff said they need to be replaced with new ones first.

The staff was very helpful and really friedly, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing, a lot of options and everything was delicious. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to visit, plus we got a room with a great view to the Cathedral, it was a gorgeous view with the Christmas markets and all the lights outside. Overall, highly recommend!

The location was perfect for our first Christmas market in Cologne. It was practically across the street. The staff was excellent and helpful. They all spoke English which helped me. The buffet style breakfast was outstanding. Anything you would want and more. It also has a parking garage which is very helpful. Parking on the street can be difficult. I felt very safe walking in the garage too.
Only thing we found was they don't have wash cloths for bathing. I guess it's a European thing. Bring your own. Its was the same in two other places we stayed.
