Drinks at the bar were good.
Room was a good size
Room was cleaned each day and towels changed
Room was unbearably hot (26deg when we arrived and didn't get lower than 22deg)
Hotel is positioned as high end, 800euro per night but it does not meet up to this expectation. I have slept in better Hotels for 300euro per night.
There is no restaurant.
Bed was uncomfortable and we had single duvets on a double bed.
No flannels/face towels in the bathroom.
Gym area is very minimal and was also boiling hot.
Feel very ripped off.

Hotel location and the staff at the Lounge Bar and the luggage service were very polite.
It was awful to pay so much money and stay in a dirty room, the room was full of dust as if it had not been cleaned for days and even though I told reception, it was not cleaned, the pillows were turned upside down and put back in their place.

the room was great, spacious with all the amenities described. not 100% soundproof but pretty good and very few disturbances. floor to ceiling windows were lovely. very comfy bed and excellent walk in shower.
not a lot to be honest, had a really lovely stay. not many milklettes were provide and getting more took a while. we didn't add on breakfast as it was 30 EUR each per day which personally felt like a lot but we saw the breakfasts and the did look good. and as I said, not 100% soundproof, but really excellent! we'd stay again

Room pretty basic but comfortable. Room was not prepared for the number of people. Next day again - not enough towels. Long Q for reception every time we needed something. Staff was helpful.

The cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, and the quality of the breakfast were all amazing. Overall, it was a very good stay and I would recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling to Gamescom and great location!
My only disappointment was that I had requested a double bed but was given two singles instead. Overall, the stay was very good, and I would still recommend this hotel. Also, Great location! Would come back again!

Location
Very Expensive. No breakfast included in €235 per night room, breakfast extra €30 pp. This is Cologne (Köln) not New York.
TV remote not working from 1st night but no response from reception.
Discoloured bedlinen, thin worn towels. No slippers. No shower cap. No bathrobes. No minibar. 4 clothes hangers.
This was sold as a Superior Deluxe Double room - extremely disappointing.
