Clean Hotel, ok ambience. Some of the employees were nice and chatty - Until their supperiors got angry...
The communication between the staff. I wrote an Mail in upfront with prcice descriptions about the invoice etc. I booked 3 rooms needed an invoice for that. I also wrote that via booking, told in check in 2 days before leaving, I left a hand written note. And still in the end. The invoice was wrong. Missing rooms on it. Wrong company name, no VAT... After 5 Mails afterwards I still lack a fully given invoice for this stay... so it took me around 1h of my additional working time for now. It's unacceptable for a tablissement which hast 1. 4 Starts 2. Is a renounced chain... I can't recommend it as a business or seminar Hotel, due to the lack of space and the criminal area (things disappear if you leave it in the seminar space...).
