Staff was very kind and helpful.
The WiFi is terrible. I travel for business and I expect to have working WiFi that I can use, otherwise I will have to find another hotel instead.

Amazing location, really comfortable sized rooms, very clean!
The cushions weren’t very comfy! The gym was closed the weekend we were there which was a shame.

I really liked this hotel! Clean and cozy rooms, comfortable bed and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, which creates a pleasant atmosphere from the first minutes of your stay. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, there is plenty to choose from. The location is also great - it is convenient to get to the main places and transport.

Breakfast very good. Location perfect. Overall cleanliness of room and hotel high standard
2 key things: 1\ Wifi strength and consistency was really poor. 2\ The gym is out of order but it is not publicised until you have booked the room, so I chose what I thought was a hotel with a gym, but it was unusable. This is just not acceptable. Please make it clear on the booking site if that feature is out of use
