Location was spot on near some good restaurants and bars.
They moved the duvet and called it cleaning. No toilet paper on arrival no change of towels or empty bin, no new water or clean glasses

Booked double room, nobody mentioned to me at check in, but they’d run out of double rooms and just put me in a single - which I discovered when got to room. Rang reception, pleasant but didn’t take responsibility. Told me they’d give me a breakfast voucher but I’d already paid for breakfast, So they said they’d give me a cruncher for bar or breakfast for the next time I’m there and it would be emailed to me by the morning … but it wasn’t and still hasn’t been.

Great location, friendly staff, lots of facilities, very professional hotel generally.
Unfortunately the hotel missed preparing the beds for our kids in the family room, but they worked hard to immediately correct the issue. The car parking is excessive - as in other places the rest of the city, it is 30 euros a day. Given the car park is linked to the hotel, you would expect some kind of discount for guests.

No welcome feeling. Not clean. No view at Dom. Not matching with photos. Poor service. (There are several polite people but you must be lucky.)

Wonderful
We had a great one-night stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, very clean, bright, and comfortable. The bed was excellent and we slept really well. The bathroom was also spotless and well maintained. We appreciated having a refrigerator in the room. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a good variety of food, and the freshly made hot breakfast (including omelets) was a nice touch. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
The only downside was the Wi-Fi. It didn’t work in our room, so we had no internet access during our stay. Everything else was excellent.
