The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful and turned what could have been a disastrous stay into a lovely experience. On arrival our room smelt - they upgraded us to a suite straight away. Then the safe wouldn't open again promptly dealt with. Booked a massage, unfortunately double booked, so I think that they opened an hour early so that I didn't lose out. Thanks you to all the staff we met for making it such a pleasurable stay.
Heating in room was difficult to control - we like a cooler room and we couldn't easily reduce temperature. Please spare pillow and a lighter duvet with extra blankets for if you get cold - we were very hot overnight. The massage I had in the spa was lovely, but please why is it only open in the evening? In hotels I have stayed in, in the past they usually open mid morning or lunchtime until about 6. This allows you time to have a lovely massage and then shower before going out to eat.

Location is great - walking distance from the station. The hotel was very maximalist. Upgraded room was a big bonus. Wish I could have stayed longer.
I found the indoor areas of the hotel (hallways, etc.) very warm. Breakfast was expensive (ca. €30).

Few minutes walk from the station. Used it for an overnight stay. Excellent stay even if the hotel is at a busy road. Not too much noise from the streets but loud enough to make it appear as if a window is still open.
The room and bathroom together have about a dozen mirrors and a reflective 3d artwork behind the tv. This makes the room rather disorientating. Photo nr 13 on booking may even be the actual room. After a short search I could locate only one power socket, near the floor behind the curtains. There is no coffee or hot water machine in the room.
