I enoyed all aspects of the hotel. I also received an upgrade to a deluxe room which was nice. The bathroom facilities were excellent and the breakfast room and spread was outstanding. The front office team & concierge were top notch too.
No doorman to assist with the luggage or the daily friendly chit chat which would have made the stay at the Savoy even more luxurious

Had a free upgrade room! Staff were super friendly and nice. Room was modern and clean.
Offering just Rituals body wash instead of separate shampoo, would be nice to have both.

The photos dont do this place justice. Its really cool, awesome rooms, super cool walk in shower space, great bar - the bathrooms in the lobby are some of the coolest i've ever seen
its a bit pricey but it was during gamescom so could be a bit higher because of that

The room was really big. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The shower was very good.
The location. Its a little out of the way, and theres not much around. Also the decor of the room was a little too ostentatious for me. The red lighting felt a bit weird. Extras were incredibly expensive.
