Really good location, easily accessible to main areas/cathedral etc. Staff were very friendly.
Extremely overpriced for the quality of hotel and amenities, charging 5star prices for 3 star rooms. 1st room had broken aircon and had to be requested to be moved, the only available other room had carpark view and the aircon was working but temperamental. The room decor/lifts etc were quite outdated although the lobby area is nice. Nonetheless, when paying over £300 per night, this is not the quality one would expect.

Very trendy hotel just a few minutes walk away from the Dome of Cologne. A bit on the pricier side but for a nice fun weekend in the city it is well worth it.

The hotel itself is very nice and the staff were great. Room was very nice and well designed.
However, the skybar was closed, so no sunset cocktails. I would have booked elsewhere if I had known this. The food options were basically non existent , 4 appetisers including 1 soup and 1 salad, then 4 flammkuchen options....

The decore is beautiful and super luxurious.
The room smells like a toilet. For 450 Euro a night + 80 Euro romantic package, I find cheap champagne and plastic flowers unacceptable. I was also completely disappointed that breakfast is an additional 60 Euro, parking an additional 30 Euro and the spa is an additional 60Euro. No wonder you have to give 150 Euro deposit at checkin regardless if you paid in full in advance.

I wish the spa was open through the whole day and until 23:00. Massage was OK,have had better for a less price. In the room I would appreciate a coffee and tea maker as well as an ironing board if needed.

The new modern designer hotel is just amazing: Chic, classy and comfortable. The spa is amazing, and you fund 90 degrees and 60 degrees Sauna and also a steam room Tgd room is very comfortable, richly recorated, and very welcoming. Also, the lighting was so carefully studied.
The breakfast was a letdown for the money paid. I travel a lot, and I was looking forward to z nicd breakfast from such a top level hotel, but it was just like premier inn were one pays just €16!! not €30. Mariot Cologne remains the winner for breakfast; simply a unique experience. It's a shame as SAVOY promotes itself as a high dining experience.

The hotel is nicely designed and has a good bar downstairs, provides underground parking for additional cost, the staff is nice.
Generally I was disappointed by this place fir a few reasons: 1) we arrived at 8 pm, starving, but the restaurant didn’t work ((( and they never warned us about this through booking.com. In the mini bar only a pack of nuts was available, so, this was our dinner. 2) this was the first hotel in my life with no kettle /cups / spoons.. we couldn’t even make our own tea and couldn’t take medicine requiring mixing with a spoon 3) not even paper slippers provided.. never seen this in a 4* 4) parking for €30 per night seems a bit overpriced for the hotel guests already paying reasonably for accommodation
