Excellent room, we had a suite and it was absolutely stunning, and extremely clean. The whirlpool in the room was very nice, and the flammkuchen we ordered via room service was very delicious. The staff at the reception were truly excellent, very hospitable and the service was attentive and personal :) We truly appreciated the excellent service! The hotel was a few minutes walking to the central station and the Dom church, so the central location was excellent too.

staff were amazing shout out to the two lads working on reception last thursday evening they went above and beyond is so many ways helping me with a charger and anything else i needed. so freindly!

Staff were friendly, nice gym, nice breakfast.
Breakfast expensive for what you get. You have to pay extra for parking which is very expensive. The property could do with revamping.
