Location was exceptional if you have an event at the Lanxess arena.
There is an autobahn right behind the left hand side of the building and it's loud. I changed my room to the right hand side and it was much better.

Super clean . Great staff . Parking very fair and secure. Can go in and out at your leisure
Out of town as such but maybe my fault as didn’t research properly. The most annoying is the ludicrous prices for snacks and food .. no need for extortion. Profit isn’t a bad thing but some of it bordered on theft

the hotel has luxury look with great attention for detail. Near the entrance a lot of places inside to sit and relax. Breakfast was great and many dishes to choose from. Personel was attentful and friendly. Rooms are so nice
Unfortunatly there is not much information for tourist what to do, for example, I ask for the tourist bus hop-on hop-off but thet did not know the stop to take it. so prepare before you go.

Very clean room, great service from the staff, and a delicious breakfast buffet. The room was very spacious and comfortable.
Perhaps the hotel is slightly far from the city center, but there is a tram station nearby as well as a train station that can take you close to the city center or the airport.
