Staff all very friendly, any requests dealt with promptly. I was very lucky to also get a slightly extended late check-out due to having a late flight and plans in the city first, which was appreciated. Spacious room with everything I needed.
Nothing specific that I would feel the need to mention. For those that like to be central, this hotel is on the 'wrong side' of the river. I personally didn't mind walking over, but the public transport in the city is great and the KolnMesse tram/bus stop is only about 5 minutes away and will get you across the bridge if you don't walk it.

The location was great. We attended a trade fair at Koelnmesse, and the hotel was very close to the venue.
The breakfast was quite disappointing, mainly because it lacked variety. We were served pretty much the same food for 4 days in a row, which made the experience repetitive. A more diverse selection would have made a big difference.

Location amazing for messe. Nice gym and sauna. Good bar and restaurant
WiFi didn’t work well anywhere—major issue. The room was hot and I could not see to regulate the temp. Breakfast is nice but absolutely same every day —some variety is needed.

Great location for the kolenmesse. It’s just across the road. Lovely hotel, great rooms, nice breakfast. I have stayed a number of times over the years and always good. 10 minute train from the airport and a 5 min walk.
