Good location, nice and clean reception and bar, good gym and sauna
Bed was comfortable, it wasn’t too loud
We have found our room not really clean .. there were crumbs on the floor , spots on the mirror, toilet was also In my opinion not very clean
Some of the people at the reception didn’t speak good English

I travel a lot and this hotel is definitely the best I’ve ever stayed in Europe. Big, bright, well equipped, silent rooms. Good breakfast: enough choice, high quality products, not overcooked.
Considering the booking price, the hotel exceeded expectations. Next time I'm in Cologne, I'll stay here.

Excellent food and very good facilities. A bit far from the main attractions and not much in the area but well connected via tram.
The staff was not very clear on information about ordering food from the restaurant. We asked specific questions about the dishes and the answers were rather broad and unclear. Nevertheless, the food was excellent.

The hotel has a perfect location if you are coming for an event - it’s also close to the train station Deutz/Messe and only a 30 min easy walk from the Dom. My room was big, the bed comfy and the bathroom had a hot tub.
The furniture in the room was very outdated and everything just seemed “cheap” once inspected a bit better.
The iron wasn’t working and I called the reception but after 40 minutes I had to call again since they didn’t send up anyone. The new iron also didn’t work, and the ironing board couldn’t stand on its own feet either.
It’s a real shame that they didn’t invest just a small amount into some proper ikea furniture and a normal iron - if they offer it in the room, it should be decent quality.

The staff at reception were so nice and forthcoming, they even arranged for us to get our room at 12pm instead of 3pm! The hotel is super clean and well maintained, the location is ideal for Koeln Messe visitors.

Good location for work, nice staff, nice room
Breakfast each morning was just so hectic, dirty tables took forever to be cleared, and you were lucky to even find a table, long queues for coffee, definitely one of the worse breakfast experiences
