Good quality for the breakfast! Great location, easy to reach.
I believe it was way too much money for being in Cologne, for the room and position of the room. Booking says "City view" and we had a room that had a view of the roof, along with a white noise coming from, I assume, where the air pump is. The AC system is also quite also, forcing us to either be cold or be warm. Also, please make sure your clients are aware that the parking lot is not yours but it's actually public, and will be charged 29 euros a day. A very high price for the that place, especially given we had not paid little for the stay.

Excellent hotel, very quiet although so close to everything from shops, restaurants and the many tourist venues which can be easily walked to.
Our room was lovely but on our 2nd day we came back to the most awful smell, we went down to reception and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They firstly apologised then automatically gave us another room which they upgraded us and also gave us a voucher to use in the bar. The rooms are spacious and very clean and I love the free mini bar which gets replenished everyday.
Would definitely recommend and we would stay here again

We left after 30 minutes because nobody was asking for our orders (the bar was not full). That’s whats brings my overall note down to 5. Hotel as such eould have been an 8
