2 ladies at the reception were not at service level, they were rude and incompetent When I came to pick up my luggage, they could not find it despite having the tag number, I offered to help them and they brutally told me not to accompany them into the luggage room I then asked them how they would find my luggage if they were not capable to trace it with tag number There was no good reason to be rude, the group I belonged to (DGP 30 People) found these 2 ladies extremely rude

Great buffet, the service was great, they gave us a complimentary fresh new bottle of mineral and natural water daily. Makes a difference when you’re travelling.

Mice in bar area visibly running around under the tables at night. Despite having breakfast included, I did not eat in the restaurant after seeing them..

Good location, nice room.
The rooftop cocktail bar had closed; we were looking forward to going there. The ground-floor bar was dark, dingy and unappealing. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, so we could hear bathroom noises. Not very nice!

Modern Hotel with pleasant staff. Breakfast was good with a wide variety to cater for all tastes. Room was fine and suited us for a two night stay in Cologne as we were travelling onto another part of Germany. The Hotel is situated on the outskirts of Cologne City Centre a few minutes walk from the Cathedral (Koln Dom) and the massive range of shops. The underground car park was good with plenty of room to park a car and was secure overnight. I would consider using this hotel again on future visits
Unbeknown to us there was a street carnival being held for several days in Cologne starting on the day we left. A notice appeared by the lift the night before announcing the road outside the hotel will be closed from 6am the next morning until 3am the following day. So we were wondering if we would be able to leave the hotel by car. As it transpired this was not the case as the event did not start until 11am so the road was still open when we departed.

- The room was ice cold and the heating was full on - The room had several damages, like the bathroom door was fully damaged - The room service was very limited ( like no spaghetti bolognese ) - The room service food prices were very high for the food
