The staff were very nice. The hotel was good situated for our trip and not too difficult to reach through public transportations.
We stayed just one night, one of the coldest nights of this winter. Our room was so cold, the AC was really loud even when was off and didn't heated the room.The bed sheets were too thin and for summer perfect but for winter not enough.

Easy access, the place is comfortable and the parking is cheap. Big shoutout to Julienne who guided us and she is doing an amazing Job
Breakfast: we had an incident with the man in the morning. We have been told the evening that we only had to pay for the breakfast and it was 9am in the morning. The Guy working in the morning of 28th of Dec was quite hostile. With no explanation he didn’t want to serve us breakfast. I have sent a report to customer service regarding this because i understand the stress of the personel but in no case you can discriminate or be unpolite to your guests who paid and are willing to pay… without this i could’ve given the hotel a 9/10

Simple, fast, standard. Parking fee is low. Price is good value. Easy to get to the autobahn.
Too noisy in the hotel. There is steady noise coming from bathroom. Additionally, corridor lights manage to enter the through the gap between door and floor. These were disturbing. I couldn’t sleep well.

Very clean, helpful staff, nice food, comfortable accomodating room.
Didnt have little shampoo conditioner and bodywashes. However they had a 3 in one which was perfectly sufficient

The reception lady was super helpful.
The air conditioning no air coming out. Opening the window outside is non stop high way road noise.

Nothing really
The heating couldnt be turned off and we felt sick and couldnt sleep
We couldnt have opened the window because the motorway was loud and it was smelling foul
Duvets were not appropiate for season, they were super thich and warm
Towels were very rough, hard and thin
Staff was very very not friendly, not helpful and also when I asked for help they laughed in my face, started talking between eachother and then they were not helpful

The facilities are really clean, the staff is friendly. The typical quality you get from B&Bs. The only negative thing is the location, really far away from center.

The breakfast seems very simple there. There are much better bakeries nearby where you can get much better meals for the same money.

Parking was free, but very crowded at night. The room was also comfortable.
The service wasn't optimal. The receptionists didn't understand English very well, they also hung up the phone and didn't answer our other calls later on. In the morning, while we were still in our room, someone from the staff suddenly came in.
