The room was clean and tidy. There was floor heating in the bathroom. It was 5 min walk from the Köln Hbf. Receptionist was kind and smiley. The bed was comfortable and clean.

It was an okay stay. Located at a prime location, close to main rail station and the cathedral, budget friendly. Overall clean room and very nice and spacious toilet.
The AC fitted in the room isn't a real AC but merely a fan which blows air, Can't change the temperature of the room, so don't know why mentioned as AC! Plus, the 'bar' mentioned in the facility isn't a minibar inside the room but the bar located in the ground floor to have drinks. So the term 'bar' in the facilities could be misleading. Don't expect to get one double bed even if booked months ago. Couples need to joint two single beds together.

Very clean, close to a lot of restaurants and to major train station.
Would like to be able to adjust the thermostat cooler. Had to open the windows to make room cool enough to sleep. We like to sleep cool. TV didn’t have enough English channels.
