Near train station and very quiet. Was allowed to leave 2 pieces of luggage for two ppl before checking in. Room is comfortable and clean. Recommend hotel.
Only allow 1 luggage per person for storage before checking in. Didn’t allow check in until 3 pm even though room was ready at 11:30 am. We didn’t get the room on booking confirmation. Booked one king bed for two people, received two beds with gap between them.

The hotel is really close to the main train station but on the other side of all the activities, so for business travel it's good or if anyone wants to be in less crowded area, while still really close to the train station and dom.The staff is really polity and helpful and the breakfast is solid. The internet was working fine.
The elevator in hotel is a bit weird as it takes you between the floors so you still need to go with stairs one floor up or down. Hot water needs some time to "arrive" in the bathroom so some might think there's no hot water. There's no safe in the room which is also a bit weird. Value for money is extremely low but I guess it's related to the period of the booking as there's huge expo in Cologne so all the hotels were booked.

Close to the train station, and good area with good restaurants nearby. Still quieter area for good night sleet.
I was surprise to see Indian restaurant next door, I ate dinner there for all the days i stayed here as it was convenient. Location is superb, you can walk to the Koln dom (Cathedral), Neumarkt, walking street around with shopping malls. From Kolner Dom it was also easy to walk down to Rhein river view and chill evening for drinks and dinner.
Please note: The hotel does not have onsite restaurant to order food , it just offer the breakfast.
No Dine in or room service of food. But it didn't bother me much as they have plenty of restaurants next doors.

Everything. We were very close to the cathedral, like a five minute walk and it was a good execution of a futuristic hotel.
They don't their own parking lot.

Very close to the Cathedral and train station . The rooms are large, quiet and the heavy curtains blocked light making for a better sleep . Staff is friendly and helpful .
Elevator and floors are not aligned . So difficult to get the suitcase up to room .
Breakfast has limited choice .

Good location, close to train stations and bus stations. Walking distance to other shops and restaurants and to the tourist spots.
Only about the stairs. Not all ways is direct to the elevator when going in and out of the room. It was not so easy for travelers who has a big luggage and heavy ones.

Excellent service, rooms are spacious, new and well equipped. People are very friendly and helpful especially Michael ??. Overall it was a very nice stay and definitely will go back every time we visit cologne.

Close to the Hauptbahnhof. Good breakfast.
The sink soap pump in the bathroom in Room 235 was broken and therefore not usable. The staff had not told us about where the night entrance was. We rang several times to get in when we came back at night. On finding the front door locked, we rang at the delivery door on one side of the building. At one point, a man answered, but then didn't respond after we identified ourselves on the speaker. We felt ghosted. We went to the front door, again, and rang there. After many rings, the man came out and was irritated that we'd not correctly interpreted the sign to mean that the night door was on yet the further sude of the building. We felt that if we'd been told where the night door is, upon check-in, this mutual irritation could have been avoided.
