I`d like location,very near to train station.,quite place.Good bahtroom and bads are not bad,comfort.
The staff on reception are not on high level,they are not intersting for their work so much.The breakfast is little poor,to prepare a tea Your need a guide,not tea bags.You need to give request for room to change the towels and to clean,so You have to read a lot of instructions on the walls because on reception these info˙s are not to be told.

I liked the hotel, the staff was super friendly and agreed to store our belongings until check-in without any problems. They told us everything we wanted to know and answered all our additional questions.
After spending the night in the room, my companion said that she had difficulty breathing at night (despite the fact that the window was open), which prevented her from sleeping. My only guess is that they probably poisoned the insects before we arrived.

Good location close to main train station and old town. Good breakfast: omelette, sausages,beans, eggs, bacon as hot and fresh tomatoes, cucumber, natural yogurt, pastries, etc.
Cold enough in the room, air conditioner heats loudly. Cleaning just for order till noon. Last floor but so small window like a basement. Terrible "closet".

I believe the hotel listed that they had parking available. They do not have their own parking. They should list that there are public parking garages in the near vicinity. This was misleading.

The property was close to the main train station and to the Christmas markets.
From all our stays in various Premier Inn’s in Germany, the room was very small for the high price we paid. We had to search for the staff at the reception as they were not easily available. They also were not very helpful, we had ordered a pizza (since we couldn’t order any food in the hotel)and wanted it to be warmed a bit since it got cold during delivery and the staff straight out said no and that they don’t have a microwave! Which is very hard to believe since this is a hotel and an international brand. All in all not a good experience!

The room was clean and tidy. There was floor heating in the bathroom. It was 5 min walk from the Köln Hbf. Receptionist was kind and smiley. The bed was comfortable and clean.

It was an okay stay. Located at a prime location, close to main rail station and the cathedral, budget friendly. Overall clean room and very nice and spacious toilet.
The AC fitted in the room isn't a real AC but merely a fan which blows air, Can't change the temperature of the room, so don't know why mentioned as AC! Plus, the 'bar' mentioned in the facility isn't a minibar inside the room but the bar located in the ground floor to have drinks. So the term 'bar' in the facilities could be misleading. Don't expect to get one double bed even if booked months ago. Couples need to joint two single beds together.
