Everything from the service to the daily breakfast. The staff in charge were not only polite but were very accomodating to anything I asked about or suggested. I most definitely will book again here for the next Euroblast.

Great location. Cozy little back terrace.
A bit costly for really rather basic accomodation. No daily room cleaning. Not at all accessible for those with disabilities.

It was a good location. Easy 10 min walk to the Auldstad and all the amenities.
Pillows were not very comfortable at all. Room was good enough. Would have been nice to have a double bed option and not two singles pushed against each other. I blame cultural differences. But Andreas could be a tad mor me friendly with his guests. Oliver was great.

A quiet place, within walking distance to the church, restaurants shopping streets and the exhibition center. Because of the show, hotels in Kln were all booked. Didnt expect pay that much for this facility. However the manger were very friendly and gave me lots of help. Still good place to recommend.

It was ok. The room was pretty good with a comfortable bed and the breakfast was really good. Really nice staff.
The bathroom was very small, was barely able to move in there. And the place felt old and worn except for the room. The door to the corridor where very badly padded so I could hear everything the neighbour was doing.

quaint and peaceful, close to the train so it was easy to get around
The staff was not that friendly, could have been the language barrier. But they were helpful when they could be.
