Comfortable, clean, overall friendly staff. Free printer in lobby was really helpful. Good food in restaurant.
Shower stream low and faucet loose.
Also, for everything in the bar you have to pay on the spot instead of charging the room. If you need the receipt there will be too many of them.

Spacious, modern and clean rooms.
The location isn't great. It appears to be in between two of the main tram routes, on the outskirts of the city, which involves a lot of walking over a weekend.
The elevator is so slow. Frequently had to wait a long time to get back to our room.
I also think the extra charge to use the very basic sauna facilities is unfair. We payed over £450 and were still expected to pay more to use the sauna, which was only availabe for use in the evenings anyway.

The room has everything you need and more.
The location is a bit remote. Minor inconveniences: The elevator could be heard from my room and the bathroom fan was loud which is because it can't be controlled. Luckily, I slept through it without much trouble.

The amenities might be new, but honestly, that’s where the positives end — everything else is pretty poor.
Be warned — and read the other reviews. This hotel does not have real air conditioning. It was scorching outside, and no matter what I did with the sorry excuse for a unit in the room, it stayed unbearably hot. I went downstairs to speak to the one guy “manning” the place — there’s no proper reception — and was told, bluntly, that nothing could be done. To make things worse, the hotel is literally perched on the edge of the highway, so opening the window isn’t even an option unless you enjoy the sound of traffic screaming past all night. Absolute hell.

Breakfast was Great! The room is comfortable and the bathtub is very good
The housekeeping is terrible, it felt more like Air B&B. I would expect the house keepers to replenish the shower gels, shampoo, etc everyday. One should not expect to have to book such things every single time in advance..
Even then, no one could tell us how to book housekeeping service, we got conflicting information and none worked.
Your parking rate is too high. We found street parking for only €30 for a week, as opposed to your €24 per day.
Restaurant staff generally not friendly, with only a few exceptions.
