Clean.
Good breakfast selection.
Feels very soulless with very little interaction with staff.
It’s Cologne so it’s expensive for what it is.
Rooms are very basic with not even a fridge.

I had a few bugs( insects that looked like bedbugs ) in my room and when I asked reception to take care nothing really happens

The rooms are very clean, tidy and well kept. I was in the superior rooms which were nicely decorated, spacious with a nice WC. The fitness area and sauna are great addition to the hotel. The area around the hotel is very quiet.
I would highly recommend the hotel especially if walking doesn't put you off.
Distance from the city centre is about 30-40 mins walk away although its flattish. Breakfast is pricey per person.

It was a good location. Not too far and not too close from downtown. A lot of good shops in walking distance. The park was really nice to have right outside the hotel. The staff were really friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. Although, we had to pay $56 euros for two people it still felt like it was worth it because it was delicious.
The sheets had yellow spots in the sheets. We tried to request new sheets but they didn’t replace the same day so we still had to use those. It felt really muggy in the room. Not sure if the a/c was blowing wet air but it was more humid in the room than outside

The location is convenient, with a tram stop nearby. Parking is available at an additional cost and includes EV charging stations, which is a nice bonus.
The gym is also reasonably well equipped.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The bedside tables were covered in dust, and there was even a French fry left on the floor! The bedding didn’t feel properly clean either, as I was itching throughout the night.
Overall, the location and facilities were good, but the standard of cleanliness really needs improvement.

Quiet,big room, friendly staff, good localisation.
There is no storage for bicycles. It is on the entrance of the parking, visible from the outside not closed - anyone can access by pushing the button. No camera,no security...Information is everywhere to not leave belongings in the car...so how could we leave bicycles there?
