We liked the location as near to airport.
Room had 2 chairs which were stained and full of hair. The bathroom is old and had broken tiles. To get hot waters in the shower you had to leave the water running for 6 minutes the reception told me. I also emailed the hotel to ask something as we had a very early departure but nobody even answered. When I asked receptionist she said she had no idea about it. We did not have the breakfast as we left early.

Location was great just a 10 or so minute walk to the closest tram stop and a further 20 minute ride to Cologne city centre.
The shower door didn't close fully allowing water to leak.

The location was great for us, peaceful, close to the wildlife reserve. Close to the train station.
No air conditioning. Other than that, good value for money.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast good and location for our personal needs good Reception area was nice and promised nice rooms.
Room furniture felt out of the 50th, bed creeking, extra pillow not available (?) shower unit slippery (unsafe).

Wonderful
The surroundings are very quiet, close to a huge forest where you can go walking for hours or just relax.
Koeln center is a 15 minutes ride by tram n.1 and to reach the Bruck-Mausfeld tram stop is just another easy 10 minutes walk.
Breakfast was good with a big choice of food.
Room was quite big (I had a single bed room) and clean.
Receptionist and other employees were efficient and kind.
Price/quality: excellent. Bravo!
Rooms forniture is dated but anyway the bed was very confortable.
Bathroom might need some updating, but anyway it was spotless clean.
Probably in the past it was a four star hotel now I wouldn t give it more than 3 stars.

Rooms very spacious and clean. The hotel has a big parking space for your car. Nice breakfast
The location is a little far from Koln city center, you must drive or take a metro train from there which station is about 10/15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Wonderful
We've stayed in this hotel twice now, once for 2 nights, and most recently, 5 nights. Whilst only 3 stars, it has everything you need for a casual stay in Germany. The room comes equipped with a TV, kettle/coffee and a shower pressure to die for! Parking is unfortunately limited, so you might struggle to find a spot late in the evening during busy periods. The surrounding area is quiet, and you could probably park in the vicinity without worry. The hotel staff are super friendly. Hotel rooms are cleaned daily and we have no complaints about cleanliness. Breakfasts are typical German, plenty of meats, cheeses and brtchen. Brck is a really nice turn with plenty of options for food (we recommend Holi and La Vecchia Trattoria). Whenever we next return to Cologne, we'll look at staying here again.
Our room only had decaff coffee and no milk.
