Old, dirty and smelly. Bathroom is really bad, shower falling apart. No drinkable water (that's what the reception guy said). Rooms are small, bathroom is smaller, can't even fit there. Carpet was a mess, really dirty.
Parking is expensive, if you are lucky to get a parking lot there (we couldn't).
The guy on the reception was the opposite as 'welcoming'.
The images on Booking or Google are fake, edited, really far from the reality. Looks like an 70's Soviet motel.

On booking states there is parking… unfortunately when you get there you will find out that there is no parking available at all…. Receptionists said they have only 6 places and they always are taken.
Very busy and loud location, rooms very hot with no air conditioning. Breakfast very limited (no hot food avalible)

It was smelling so bad all the time. The toilet wasn't so clean at all and the Tv wasn't working. Bad was really uncomfortable and destroyed. Absolutely not recommended for the price it was.

The location
Our stay at Hotel Leonet from June 23 to June 27, 2025, was disappointing on several levels. At the time of booking, we were assured that secure parking for our motorcycles would be available. Upon arrival, this turned out to be false. We were directed to several parking garages that did not allow motorcycles, and it took us over 90 minutes to find a suitable spot on our own.
Shortly after booking, we received multiple emails appearing to come from the hotel, which turned out to be phishing attempts. The hotel never issued any warning or follow-up about this, which we find extremely irresponsible.
The check-in experience was chaotic. The receptionist spoke barely any English, was unhelpful, and kept interrupting the check-in to assist other guests or give directions. This left a disorganized and unwelcoming first impression.
The condition of the room was unacceptable: mold on the walls, stained carpets, and in the corridors, visible bloodstains from squashed insects. The overall level of cleanliness was far below standard.
The breakfast was minimal and poorly maintained — items that should have been cold, like cheese, were warm, and on one morning, there was no bread at all.
To make matters worse, on our final day, we discovered bed bugs in the room. This is a serious health issue and completely inexcusable in any accommodation.
Following our stay, we attempted to contact the hotel multiple times to report our experience and express our concerns. Unfortunately, we received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of follow-up or accountability further highlights the poor management and service.
In summary, Hotel Leonet failed on every front — from false promises and lack of communication to poor hygiene and unresponsive customer service. We strongly advise against staying here.
