Too noisy, especially at night. All the next-door rooms are close together, so you can even hear things like a toilet flushing while you’re trying to sleep.

The man on the reception desk was polite.
The beds were clean.
We can't comment fully on the facilities, comfort, or breakfast as we didn't stay.
Located between adult entertainment venues with explicit words, images and items in the windows.
We were travelling with two children and didn't feel comfortable in this location so chose to find alternative accommodation.
No lift to the top two floors.

The hotel is old and lots of interesting artifacts, esp the altar. The personell were courteous and knowledgeable esp.the woman at the front desk. The breakfast selection was good even if the price was minimal.
A bit tricky going back from the Cologne cathedrai. And the area is not for me.

The location was super central and the staff was super amazing. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. I wanna tell the management that they have hired the most amazing people at the hotel. Would love the stay there again if I come to cologne.

Disappointing
The location of the hotel is excellent, but unfortunately, I couldn’t stay there because they informed me upon arrival that the rooms were out of service. They arranged for us to stay at the Leonet Hotel instead and covered the cost of the taxi. However, there was a misunderstanding, the taxi driver initially thought we had to pay, but in the end, the hotel took care of it.
Leonet Hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was quiet, and the breakfast was good, a typical German spread with bread, ham, cheese, yogurt, and various sides. The staff there were also very kind and welcoming.
I can't comment on the hotel itself because, unfortunately, I never got to stay there. It was very disappointing. Although I confirmed my arrival for 23:00 earlier that day, I was only informed upon arrival at the reception that the hotel was out of service and no room was available for us. They arranged to send us to another hotel. When I asked why I hadn’t been informed in advance, the receptionist said it was the responsibility of the reservations team, not his.
