Nice room and breakfast. Lovely food in the restaurant
Our room was very warm, but as the hotel is on a very, very busy road, it was extremely noisy to have the window open. As soon as we arrived in the room, we knew we would need extra towels and toilet rolls. There werent enough for a family of 3!

Lovely little bar, very clean.
Duvets on beds very poor quality. Room was tiny to accommodate 3 adults, only 1 bottle of water for 3 people, refused additional water, told to buy it. Shampoo and wash products empty on 2nd day, no complimentary water placed in room after day 1 of 3 night stay. Requests to hotel that we placed on booking.com, completely ignored and reception staff when I asked if we could have quiet room and a little bigger as we were 3 people. We couldn't move in bathroom, it was so small!! And finally, bar menu has changed 4 main course choices, so dinner at the hotel is not an option, and breakfast at 24 euro per person is outrageous. We were so disappointed with Novhotel after many years as customers, never again.

Very clean and tidy rooms. Has a basement parking for the price of 19Euros a night. 5 mins drive to the cathedral.

I liked everything with the hotel. The room was clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Close to city center and public transport.
