Wonderful
The breakfast had plentiful options and the staff were very friendly! The hotel is very well situated and the water station at the front desk was terrific!
Not a huge deal, but some fresh paint and new fixtures/mirrors in the bathroom would help to brighten things up.

Very Good
Amazing breakfast and great family location!Everything was fine during our stay. The breakfast was amazing—no words to describe how good it was! The room was a bit small but good and totally fine for my family. It was very clean, bright, and had a great bathroom with hot water. The location is excellent, within walking distance to a bus halt and the chocolate museum. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommend for families!

Wonderful
The breakfast at this hotel is always a highlight since you have this interesting pancake machine. I think that alone is already worth staying at your hotel. But your selection of food and drinks for breakfast is really great. The room was clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and very helpful. And the location was perfect for our needs, as we love the old town and it was a walking distance to the old town.

The location is super nice. It’s 2 blocks away from the shopping area which also has nice restaurants and cafes. Also walkable from the Dom if you are not carrying luggage. We managed to do that leisurely one evening via the Rhine promenade. Did I mention they are pet friendly? Our cat was welcomed.
Parking is a bit expensive but this is generally true for any hotel in a big city like Köln.

Wonderful
The hotel has a good location, making it very convenient for both business and leisure. The staff are professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Everything was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with everything needed for work. I especially appreciated having a kettle for tea and coffee. There is also a small shop at the reception, which is very convenient. Overall, a pleasant and reliable place to stay.

Wonderful
I loved the bathroom!! The room was very clean and beds comfortable. They had complimentary filtered water (which sounds odd until you actually visit Europe and realize it's a bit of a luxury haha) and a nice sauna and gym area. The location is a bit of a walk from downtown and the train station but a quiet and safe area. Also there was a fridge and microwave in the room!
The location is a bit of a walk. About 25 minutes to the Hbf. Not a lot of restaurants or bars super close, but within a couple kilometers there are some! Also the room itself was small and the view wasn't great.
