Exceptional
The location is super nice. It’s 2 blocks away from the shopping area which also has nice restaurants and cafes. Also walkable from the Dom if you are not carrying luggage. We managed to do that leisurely one evening via the Rhine promenade. Did I mention they are pet friendly? Our cat was welcomed.
Parking is a bit expensive but this is generally true for any hotel in a big city like Köln.

Staff room and breakfast all good. Put on a sweet birthday breakfast table for my partner.
Very little room amenities. No tea or coffee. No milk. No water. Jug you had to take to reception and fill up.
