Wonderful
Room had a decent (partial) view of the bay harbor. Easily accessible, right on one of the main thoroughfares, and short walk to public transportation options. Very polite staff. Modern facilities. Free taffelwasser in the lobby, Nice lift. Good-sized room. Well-equipped bathroom. Decent price.

Close to the city, and close to catedral which is perfect because i went to Koln only for my friend wedding,we come from Milan.
The sofa bed bit short and hard for my son, so i asked extra blanket and pillow to make the mantras bit soft and comfortable for him.

Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable with friendly staff and a laid back atmosphere. It is a more budget type hotel but we found it a realy good experience. Breakfast was good and the bar is good. It's central and easily accessible to the city.
The coffee at breakfast is a machine and could be better.

The breakfast is delicious, happy and healthy, and the food meets different needs. The room is normal as described and clean, the bed is comfortable, that's enough. Parking is a bit expensive, and you can find some street parking around the hotel. But not that convenient for luggage. The staff is friendly and welcome.

Nice location, quite bit near the river but walkable to tram and bus stations fairly easily.
We stayed as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and despite requesting rooms close to each other, our rooms were as far apart as they possibly could be. Unfortunately the staff didn’t try to find any solutions to get us closer.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Its location was excellent, making it easy to walk to the city center.
The pillows were very uncomfortable and inconsistent – it felt like random pillows were thrown together without any standard. The room was too small for 4 people (2 adults, 2 children), and the sofa bed for kids definitely needed an extra mattress layer. Also, parking fees should be clearly displayed on the main website, not hidden behind a small paid parking icon.

We came to Cologne for a concert and although this hotel is outside the city center, it was practically next door to the venue, so perfect for us. We arrived half an hour early for check-in and it was not a problem, for which we were very grateful since it was below 0 ºC outside and most things were closed because it was Sunday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and varied. My favourite was the coconut chia pudding and pancake making machine!
It is next to a very busy road, so when you open the window it is very very loud. Not a huge issue in winter though!

The hotel is really orgenized and clean - the bed and the room were very comfortable
The location is not good at all - pretty far from anything city center, the conference hall everything. Wifi - This is not first time staying at Novotel in general but it's the first time I was asked to buy wifi for another device - people use Novotel hotels for work often - so it doesn't make sense.

Easy walk to the old town and main attractions. The room was spacious enough for 4 people and clean. The breakfast was good with enough varieties of selection.
The parking garage is a bit small and we found the last available spot. But still very convenient and secure just under the hotel.

Location is next to Chocolate Museum and Cathedral Local bus available from Cologne HBF. Taxi is other option cost 12/- Euros. Walking distance around 25 min.

The hotel offered great value, breakfast was very good, and the location is also excellent. There is a bus line nearby but walking is also good. It's in an interesting part of town but you need to venture into the city behind the hotel to experience that.

It was very easy to reach from the station, and the location is perfect—close to tourist spots and with convenient transport options to explore other places. The staff were friendly and explained everything clearly. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable.
