The friendly staff, location, the Hotel is clean and beds are comfortable, the water abd snacks at the entrance are very nice gesture.
The noisy air conditioner and the change in the price, more than double than the last time I reserved

Thoughtful staff; water station as you enter was great during the heatwave. Room was exceptionally clean. I don’t think I’ve been in a cleaner hotel room in some 5 star hotels even.
Shower temperature sometimes spiked hot.

Only one issue we had was we requested a triple room after booking a double, paid the extra fee but was given a very uncomfortable fold out bed,

The facility is beat up and old for the price you pay .
How old it felt. When you walk in the lobby the chairs are old and worn out. Tv are old and room is very basic felt like a motel not a hotel.

Lovely staff. The room was spotless and very spacious. Would stay here again.
If anything, the walk to the centre is a bit further than i was expecting but not too bad.

Location was quiet and yet close to the center.
The rooms were very clean and spacious, especially the bathroom.
Service was excellent.
Appreciated the complimentary water and sweets in the lobby.
Enjoyed the two types of sauna.
Parking was a bit expensive at 25 euros for 24 hours although it did give us in and out access.

No restaurant at the hotel. Extremely limited bar food menu
Awful location quite near to Methadone clinic. Lot of homeless drug addicts near to hotel. Made us feel very unsafe in the area
