The location itself.
I didint like the fact that first of all : the staff didin’t inform us that the kitchen is closed but when we checked in they recommended to check it. Secondly no hot water from the shower and it was the middle of the night so the reception didin’t pick up. And lastly- payment for parking. When we gave our room cards we asked the receptionist where should we pay. She had a guest or colleague so was not very attentive and said in the garage. Yeah it is possible to pay but in cash and we only had card/pin. So additional 10 minutes of going back and forth.
The location is nice but the staff is beyond the word “normal”
I have worked in the hospitality business before, i understand these inconviences, but when it all adds up, next time i won’t be going on this hotel for sure, unless a compensation package will be involved. Do not recommend!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was really nice and comfy, wish i'd gotten a room on a higher floor but was pleased with everything overall. Breakfast was good, staff was very nice and helpful with every request. I liked how the fridge was stacked with drinks and there were snacks ready to eat. And the bathroom, oh my god the bathroom was beautiful.
The sauna was not in service and the gym was pretty small.
