It is the four star hotel, and it lives up to this rating. Location is very convenient for the city. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Service is attending to the needs of guests. Breakfast is worth a special mention, specifically twenty-something teas to choose from, not to mention the sumptuous buffet.
Nothing really. The only thing are directions to the parking: quite cryptic when read, quite helpful when actually followed.

The location and the staff was great. Especially if you like to walk it takes around 20 minutes to get to the Dom and also Dom is visible from the rooms with lake view. Rooms are extremely quiet and spacious, if you get hungry late at night there are a lot of options within 100 meters.
I am not sure whether some part of the room is renovated or bathrooms weren't renovated at all but towel hanger has rust on it and you can see that tiles look older than the other parts of the room. When you think about the price point I think the bathroom supposed to be better maintained.

The staff were very respectful. The room was clean. The room service was sufficient. The bathroom had a bidet. Breakfast was exceptional.
The location was not the best. To reach the first public transport station, you need to walk between 10-15 minutes.

The hotel was well decorated and had good amenities. The breakfast had most of the expected things and also some specialities which was nice to see. I appreciated the gym, it has a small collection of weights and at least one of commonly used cardio equipment.
I stayed 3 nights and I did not sleep for 3 nights! I like to be a bit cold when I sleep and each night I tried a different thermostat setting but nothing changed the fact the room was too warm. Being able to open the window a little for air flow from outside would have helped me but there was no way to do so! In addition the gap under the front door was enough that I had a constant light from the hallway illuminating my room even with the lights in the room off. Sadly I was too busy with work to put much effort into figuring out with the staff what was happening and maybe they could have helped BUT I think given ~80% of a person's time (on a work trip) in a hotel is to sleep I would have expected the hotel did a better job with ensuring the comfort of it.

Our room was overpriced, the vents were not clean, I had to take an antihistamine because of the dust, the AC was not working, and it is winter in Germany. In the morning, a random person just entered my room. I do not recommend this hotel; for this amount of money, you shouldn't have these issues. And it is an NH Collection hotel.

The hotel is located just outside the center, which offers a nice 20 minutes walk to the city centre. There was enough parking places in the garage, the surroundings felt very safe, the personnel was friendly and helpful. The room was very well and the beds were good.

It took 15 minutes to find the reservation that was lost between NH and Booking.com. The parking garage is a maze to get to. The upgrade to Lake view isn't worth the money. The mattress was old and no support and not much of a pillow. Overpriced for what you get

The only things I liked it were staff and the location
They don’t have a vent system. In rooms no fresh air. Air conditioning is very poor. Bad sheets are dirty, the hairdryer had some sticky substance. The prices are too high for this hotel
