I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was really nice and comfy, wish i'd gotten a room on a higher floor but was pleased with everything overall. Breakfast was good, staff was very nice and helpful with every request. I liked how the fridge was stacked with drinks and there were snacks ready to eat. And the bathroom, oh my god the bathroom was beautiful.
The sauna was not in service and the gym was pretty small.

The room was great, warm, comfortable, no outside noise, clean and everything I wanted with a good view. I liked the 'Eco' option of not cleaning the room everyday. The location was good for me, scenic I am happy to walk. The geese and ducks were nice. I only ate breakfast but that was plentiful, a good choice and a good quality. I was always attended to. The staff, particularly at the reception, was exceptional. Quick, friendly and courteous. They also went the extra bit in solving a problem I had with my phone which required a little time. That saved me some trouble ! I booked NH after receiving such good service in Lisbon !

They had the biggest bath towels that I have ever had in a hotel. The bedding was also a generous size and very comfortable. They also had top quality tea and coffee brands with real glass cups and glasses.
We arrived well before check in time and they allowed us to store our luggage free of charge so we could explore the city.
The staff went above and beyond to help us in any way they could. They even printed out directions for us to help us get to the places we wanted to go.
It was easy to catch an Uber or Taxi a short walk from the hotel. And public transportation was only a couple of blocks away.

Everything. Lovely views over the lake. Clean, crisp bedding and towels. Free drinks in the bar if you don’t have your room serviced (great idea). It’s a 15-20 minute walk to the centre but it’s a nice flat walk.
Cost of parking. €25 a day. This was standard pricing for our Germany trip and feel the hotel should offer some kind of reduced rate for guests.

Second time staying at a NH hotel and I was not disappointed! The staff went above and beyond, the rooms were very clean and I like that you could get a free drink for every night on which you don't need the room service. The bar in the room had a nice selection too
Not a massive complaint, but unfortunately you can't even get a snack as simple as fries past 10pm at the bar which was a bit of a bummer
