The location. The Front office was fantastic all through my stay. The breakfast was super nice too and the room was spacious
The room was clean and nice. Not different from how I imagined. However, marks on the shower heads and bathroom walls could’ve been better cleaned.

The location in the Mediapark is excellent for my needs. The staff is very friendly! the view is fantastic, also the surrounding, with parks and restaurants.
I have known the hotel for years and notice that it would need some "facelifting". The room is nice but you see that it needs some refreshing, some renovation. it was not really tidy clean and unfortunately you cannot open the windows (which I prefer)

Chose twin rooms when booking but got doubles instead even though I specifically requested twins (for work colleagues). This should not be offered if they can't provide it, otherwise we would've gone somewhere else. Borders on deceitfulness.

The location itself.
I didint like the fact that first of all : the staff didin’t inform us that the kitchen is closed but when we checked in they recommended to check it. Secondly no hot water from the shower and it was the middle of the night so the reception didin’t pick up. And lastly- payment for parking. When we gave our room cards we asked the receptionist where should we pay. She had a guest or colleague so was not very attentive and said in the garage. Yeah it is possible to pay but in cash and we only had card/pin. So additional 10 minutes of going back and forth. The location is nice but the staff is beyond the word “normal” I have worked in the hospitality business before, i understand these inconviences, but when it all adds up, next time i won’t be going on this hotel for sure, unless a compensation package will be involved. Do not recommend!
