Great hotel, very comfortable rooms, shower/bath combo, Nescafé machine in the room
The staff and quality of service are below NH standards. Agonizing check-in delays (20 minutes for 2 check-ins when all my info was available through Booking), limited menu and no ingredients for a carbonara on a Friday night is a joke for a "luxury" restaurant. The bar staff was stretched between the restaurant and some back office tasks. Extortionate parking rates. A one-night stay for two amounted to 242,00€ (without the breakfast...). I am OK with paying for a high-end hotel, but I expect quality service. One dental kit for 2 guests, seriously?

Our room was overpriced, the vents were not clean, I had to take an antihistamine because of the dust, the AC was not working, and it is winter in Germany. In the morning, a random person just entered my room. I do not recommend this hotel; for this amount of money, you shouldn't have these issues. And it is an NH Collection hotel.

Room with an amazing view, breakfast was outstanding, super comfortable beds and a very clean hotel! Would come back for sure!

The coffee machine was not working innour room. My room was the first one on the floor and there was constant noise and banging on doors.

Wonderful
The breakfast was fantastic a great selection of food and you could order off the menu as well. They had sparkling wine available as well.
The showers went hot & cold which was annoying.

Location, bathroom amenities, sauna, clean, smelled good, welcoming and nicely decorated reception area
It took 15 minutes to find the reservation that was lost between NH and Booking.com. The parking garage is a maze to get to. The upgrade to Lake view isn't worth the money. The mattress was old and no support and not much of a pillow. Overpriced for what you get

The hotel is located just outside the center, which offers a nice 20 minutes walk to the city centre. There was enough parking places in the garage, the surroundings felt very safe, the personnel was friendly and helpful. The room was very well and the beds were good.
