The hotel was fine. We had a nice breakfast, the buffet had a lot of choices. The location was 7 minutes away from the U-Bahn (train station) and 4 minutes from a bus stop. So we could get to the city center on an easy way.

Location was a little out of the main town but easy walking distance- the local area doesn't have much in terms of cafes or coffee shops but if you like a run down the rine then theres a good coffee shop a couple of km away. It was nice with the christmas market as there was a small one basically opposite the hotel
Location was ok, the local neighbourhood was a bit average. However the rooms were well appointed and comfortable and all of the main sights were walking distance. Was pretty good spot for exploring the christmas markets.

Comfortable room, great view of the cathedral. Could arrange a little birthday surprise for my partner for some extra cost. The hotel arranged for some decoration and cake in the room. Great location, opposite the chocolate museum.

Very close to Chocolate museum. Breakfast was incredible.
Was on 5th floor and it was so hot at night even with heat off. Opening the window meant hearing the noise outside. Parking was full but parked close by and moved the car inside the next morning.

they'd better told us that rooms were not made unless we told to reception.
Towel did not changes in three days. Same thing for room cleaning and bedlinens change. Pity.

A little bit further from the central train station. A little bit far from Tram. There are some bus stops nearby. Breakfast good. bed comfortable.
welcome water is a sparkling water. It will be nice if it was still water. But, you can not complain over something free! And 20 minutes walk from train station (train 132 and 133 was on detour due to construction from the train station).

Location is very good. This very near to the best city attractions. Very good cost benefit.
Parking has no enough space for all guests. If you go by car, can have difficult to park.
