Pleasant rooms.
Location is on a noisy highway. No air conditioning in October, rooms are too hot, and opening a window is too noisy. Breakfast is crowded, not enough space.

Location was very good, 20-30 minutes walking from cathedral and good restaurants. Fitness was quite good, despite the fact that it was small. Breakfast was very good- nice food options. Hairdryer was very good comparing to other hotels.
Blond lady on reception was unkind and she looked like that we are bothering her. Light at room was very weak, it should be better to add some stronger light. We had also all the time problem with doors, just with ours there was some issue. Doors of our colleagues were ok.

Room was very nice and spacious. Good shower and beds. Beautifully equipped for a comfortable night's stay. City centre was a bit of a longer walk but very beautiful along the Rhine river. Chocolate museum was 2 min walk and worth a visit!!
Bit of a longer distance from city centre and missing some options for dinner/breakfast closer to the hotel.

very nice rooms and breakfast
they'd better told us that rooms were not made unless we told to reception. Towel did not changes in three days. Same thing for room cleaning and bedlinens change. Pity.

Very friendly crew, I asked for b-day decoration, and everything was done very nicely.
In the picture, b-day cake is looking chocolate and wipecreme ,I received something like sponge cake ,no crem ....not the same what was advertised

Staff is very friendly. Nice breakfast.
1. Room does not have walk-in shower, only a small tub, very narrow, and bad-maintained screen - water will fall out of the tub during shower. 2. Sometimes the wait can be very long to validate the parking ticket in the morning. 3. Bed is too small.
