Exceptional
This hotel was so clean modern well appointed. Location is 15min walk to the cathedral. All the personnel was extremely nice and helpful we traveled with children and everyone was so kind to them. We really loved our stay.

Location was great.
Bed was comfortable.
Toilet was not completely clean (upper top was very dirty).
Flushing panel was not cleaned.
The drains were both very slow at the sink and at the shower.
There were no channels on the TV.
One of the two elevators was broken and long waiting time to use it.

The hotel is newly furnished, nice looking and clean. The staff is friendly. Room is quite big, has even a table for working.
We stayed there as a couple and booked one big bed, but it wasnt a big bed, but two little beds with separate mattresses and small blankets. There were no slippers, but its not such a tragedy.

Everything. Reception staff were rude. No refreshments, no Iron , floor had no mat. Toilet ceramic and components are old. The style of the room is also old. Outdated . As if you are a prisoner.

Hotel was in a good location, 5 minute walk to the chocolate factory & a great Italian restaurant as well as only being about a 10 minute walk into town. Breakfast also offered a great selection.
The pillows were horrible, they actually should be chucked in the bin. They feel like they have been put in the tumble drier and have all separated. We had three rooms booked and all three rooms had the same horrible pillows. The covers were also two small covers rather than one large cover, which is very strange for a double room. The staff were also a bit reluctant to help when we asked for an additional cover/ pillow for my three year old daughter he stated that it would take ages to get as he had to go to the store room to retrieve said items. He did eventually agree and said he would bring them to our room, we were standing at our door when he walked behind us to the store room which was located right in front of our room.
