The beds were comfortable and windows worked well in noise cancellation.
The location is not very central, links to public transportation are scarce. The towels were very old and the toilet needed to be replaced. It had many permanent marks on it. There are not enough storage for clothes.

Helpful staff. Close to Heumarkt (10 minutes of walk) and Dom (20 minutes of walk) . Severinstrasse tram station is within easy walk for Messe (#3 and #4)
I saw a lot of rats during my stay. A little bit expensive during Messe period

Wonderful
The reception staff was friendly and welcoming. They helped us each time and also provided us a free late checkout. All amenities were present in the room and the bed was quite confortable. Location was nice. A 15 minutes walk to the center in a less busy area.
The room was a bit worn out. The toilet seat was a bit cracked which might be an accident ready to happen. No coffee machine in the room, just a kettle.

The hotel was fine. We had a nice breakfast, the buffet had a lot of choices. The location was 7 minutes away from the U-Bahn (train station) and 4 minutes from a bus stop. So we could get to the city center on an easy way.

Location was a little out of the main town but easy walking distance- the local area doesn't have much in terms of cafes or coffee shops but if you like a run down the rine then theres a good coffee shop a couple of km away. It was nice with the christmas market as there was a small one basically opposite the hotel
Location was ok, the local neighbourhood was a bit average. However the rooms were well appointed and comfortable and all of the main sights were walking distance. Was pretty good spot for exploring the christmas markets.
