The cleaning only after the fourth day is a bit strange, cos one small bin and only one toilet paper roll for 4 days is a bit underwhelming.

Location - close to downtown
1. Bathroom in the room is a hazard. Broke 3 ribs after a fall trying to get out of the bathroom. The bathtub is so slippery it's crazy they are allowed to operate. 2. Card system to get into rooms is so outdated. The cards stop working every few hours and you have to go to the reception constantly to get new ones. It's very frustrating

I stayed at the hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. One highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which was fresh, varied, and very enjoyable. It was a great way to start the day and clearly reflected the hotel’s attention to quality.

On Saturday night there were 4 / 5 mice at same time running around the bar & restaurant area. Even the barman noticed them. It was concerning that they were coming out from the kitchen area.

The hotel was fine. We had a nice breakfast, the buffet had a lot of choices. The location was 7 minutes away from the U-Bahn (train station) and 4 minutes from a bus stop. So we could get to the city center on an easy way.

Location was a little out of the main town but easy walking distance- the local area doesn't have much in terms of cafes or coffee shops but if you like a run down the rine then theres a good coffee shop a couple of km away. It was nice with the christmas market as there was a small one basically opposite the hotel
Location was ok, the local neighbourhood was a bit average. However the rooms were well appointed and comfortable and all of the main sights were walking distance. Was pretty good spot for exploring the christmas markets.
