Clean, quiet, safe and good location. Filtered water in taps from the toilet. Outside hotel safe to walk to tram and bus stops. Comfortable bed and clean shower. Close enough to city. Bar and reception opens late if you need anything. Was great!
I was good but some of my colleagues wanted a kettle which they didn't have. Would be nice to have a minibar.

There was a mouse on the terrace outside & the staff find that normal. Breakfast was also not special. No warm eggs or bacon.

Very cute hotel, located about a 15-minute walk from the Cologne Cathedral.
The hotel is clean, and the staff is very friendly.
We enjoyed our stay.
Everything was great, but the room itself was a bit small for two people. There was no fridge, kettle, or even a bottle of water in the room. A glass of drinking water was available downstairs in the lobby, and hot water was provided in the bar upon request.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
