Speedy check in, beautiful reception and bar area, great lifts! Room spotless and well equipped. Bed super comfortable. No noise at all. Amazing shower.
One minor issue was no coffee facilities in the room but free coffee available at reception.

Rooms towards the backyard was very quiet and cozy. Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.
The breakfast area was a bit clogged. Everyone had to go in the same queue. It would have been more efficient if they divided into separate areas, one for coffee/drinks, one for bread (which takes time cutting), one for spreads/fruits.

We were allowed to check in approx 45mins early at no additional cost. Lovely modern hotel, very comfy beds. Great location for where we needed to be in Cologne.

Disappointing
I didn’t like anything about the property
The bed is too soft. The staff are abrupt and it comes across rude this is check in and the bar area. The rooms are budget quite small. The air con didn’t work so I had to have the window open as even during Feb the rooms was too warm. Our room 633 smelt very musty like the cleaning products were dirty. The breakfast area isn’t fit for purpose not enough of an area and definitely not night seating.
Not worth the money at all!
