This hotel is hard to beat if you consider location and price; rooms can be compact but are clean, modern and good quality for a short term stay. This time around they exceeded expectations when staying with a baby by providing a larger size room and new, comfy travel cot with perfect baby bedding included. Thank you!

Small but comfortable room, parking available in the parking garage under the building, easy access, fair pricing. We didn
't use the buffet breakfast which looked great but was too expensive for what we wanted knowing there are several very nice coffee bars and breakfast places nearby. The lounge, with bar was very comfortable as well and nicely decorated.
Nothing to not like. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The hotel lacks very basic facilities such as a refrigerator or a minibar!!. We previously stayed at a smaller and cheaper hotel, yet it had these facilities without any issue.
Even simple things like drinking cups were not replaced automatically. We had to request new cups from the reception every time, while other hotels provide this service daily without asking.
Another major inconvenience is the location, there is no nearby bus stop, which makes transportation very difficult, especially for tourists.
Overall, the hotel does not meet basic hospitality standards and does not offer good value for money. I would not recommend staying here

The Motel One chain is really great. Stayed at least 20 times in various locations. Good value for money, depending on the season or local events of course. Never tried the breakfast, so cannot comment there.
The staff is generally super nice. However, often 'under staffed'. At check out time, there was one person operating the desk and one person operating the 'drinks area'. Obviously overwhelmed. Not the fault of the staff, but planning of the management? Having said that, I have seen this trend almost everywhere. Service staff are difficult to find and harder to keep? Just frustrating for the clients.

Hotel has upscale feeling. Maintained well. Nice bar in lobby. Room was clean and comfortable. Very nice shower and bed.
A little bit of a walk to the main Christmas market spots but nothing crazy. Only difficult if you’re bringing back stuff.

First time at this hotel chain. Room was small but comfortable. Only one person at a time can pass by the foot of the bed. Great black out curtains so you can sleep when you want. Plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable, longest sleep I had in ages. Efficient use of walls with hanging bar and hangars, plus a small closet area. Location was great, close to the tram station, several nice restaurants nearby and only a short 15 min walk to the cathedral.
We put the do not disturb sign when we went for breakfast, somehow that was translated to no service. It was ok since it was just our first full day, but do be aware of the signs housekeeping adds to the door. If you have a lot of luggage, the room will feel cramped, it's very compact and well laid out to maximize the space, just know the space is limited.

Clean rooms and a great location close to the center.
There were not enough tables for all the guests who wanted breakfast. We ended up eating seperately from each other at whatever chair, couch or barstool that was available. Staff did not have time to help guests so you had to figure your stuff out by yourself.

Everything. Room was cozy, warm and very clean. Bathroom was also super clean and shower soap smelled good.
Location was great, bus and tram stop nearby but we also walked to the station. Rewe, several coffee places and restaurants were close too.
Breakfast had a good variety (only missed scrambled eggs) and good quality, it was good value for money.
As a suggestion, maybe add a kettle to the room so guests can boil water for tea.
