Wonderful
First time at this hotel chain. Room was small but comfortable. Only one person at a time can pass by the foot of the bed. Great black out curtains so you can sleep when you want. Plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable, longest sleep I had in ages. Efficient use of walls with hanging bar and hangars, plus a small closet area. Location was great, close to the tram station, several nice restaurants nearby and only a short 15 min walk to the cathedral.
We put the do not disturb sign when we went for breakfast, somehow that was translated to no service. It was ok since it was just our first full day, but do be aware of the signs housekeeping adds to the door. If you have a lot of luggage, the room will feel cramped, it's very compact and well laid out to maximize the space, just know the space is limited.

Clean rooms and a great location close to the center.
There were not enough tables for all the guests who wanted breakfast. We ended up eating seperately from each other at whatever chair, couch or barstool that was available. Staff did not have time to help guests so you had to figure your stuff out by yourself.

Everything. Room was cozy, warm and very clean. Bathroom was also super clean and shower soap smelled good. Location was great, bus and tram stop nearby but we also walked to the station. Rewe, several coffee places and restaurants were close too. Breakfast had a good variety (only missed scrambled eggs) and good quality, it was good value for money.
As a suggestion, maybe add a kettle to the room so guests can boil water for tea.

This hotel is hard to beat if you consider location and price; rooms can be compact but are clean, modern and good quality for a short term stay. This time around they exceeded expectations when staying with a baby by providing a larger size room and new, comfy travel cot with perfect baby bedding included. Thank you!

Location, clean and new , breakfast and bar options. Friendly staff.
It would be helpful to have some information in the room about breakfast times, bar hours, etc. We saw the information on signs posted in the elevators but had to look for it. We eventually figured it out and it was easy enough. Still, a suggestion.

The beds were comfy and the shower was good.
The facilities in the room were really poor, no tea and coffee facilities, no water, no telephone to contact reception. The room was absolutely roasting and the air conditioning wasn’t working. We had to sleep with the window open and the noise from outside was so bad that we ended up getting no sleep at all. It was honestly a disaster.
