The staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile
Tired and needs a revamp, the furniture was uncomfortable, the rooms small and no proper dining room for breakfast so you end up eating on those uncomfortable chairs and small tables you see in the photo

There was no toaster at the breakfast buffet. I thort it was rather expensive For a continental breakfast.

Wonderful
Modern room. Bed was very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was compact but had everything you needed and a good shower. Really quiet at night, the rooms are very well sound proofed and could not hear neighbours or busy road outside.
Thing we missed most in the room was a lack of tea and coffee making facility. It would have made the stay perfect.

Hotel has upscale feeling. Maintained well. Nice bar in lobby. Room was clean and comfortable. Very nice shower and bed.
A little bit of a walk to the main Christmas market spots but nothing crazy. Only difficult if you’re bringing back stuff.

Very quiet, clean rooms, spacious shower, comfortable bed. Great cocktails and service in the bar. Very nice design.
Breakfasts were very poor, nothing warm to eat. Barely no vegetables. No variety (same things every day) Nothing to eat afternoon except basic tosts.

A great hotel we used as a Base whilst visiting cologne ( Christmas markets) etc, the staff were very friendly, informative, helpful.
I think the rooms could do with some sort of drinks machine / or even a bottle of water provided . Information on local places , food outlets might be useful . Apart from that all good
