The hotel is great, the rooms are nice and cosy. I travelled for work, so I appreciated having a desk to work. The location was in between the city center and the cool area of the town 20 min walking distance to each, which I find reasonable. Very well connected with Kolnmesse.
I really disliked the Serbian barman who was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude, not only to me, but to pretty much all the guests who he attended while I was at the bar, the reason why I decided to never order anything again there. The hotel bar is supposed to be the cosy place where you can relax after work, but with this employee it was extremely uncomfortable to even simply order anything. Also requesting invoices with Katherina was extremely time and energy consuming as she was never reading the whole email, so it was a back and forth for every inquiry or problem.

Absolutely amazing hotel for the price, I loved the furnishings and layout, very practical. Also really loved the lighting in the room, just made it so cozy and was really able to relax. Sound insulation was one of the best I've had, I was surprised given that this wasn't even a particularly good hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Location could have been better, but still close walking distance from the train station, easy to get to directly from the airport. The desk could've been slightly bigger for work
