The staff were friendly and helpful. This Mercure is located right next to the station, super convenient when one has luggage. The room is spacious, and I liked the overall lighting. The lighting in the bathroom deserves a special mention!
- the bathroom door didn’t offer much privacy - it was a sliding door with no lock. Odd design for an elegant bathroom - the WiFi was spotty and kept getting disconnected

* Breakfast: A wide variety of food * Free water on the table (even water, it is a good sign, somebody cares about you) * Restaurant, delicious food, I strongly recommend maybe the menu is not big enough though * WiFi connection * Silent * Cleaning * Sauna ( very hot which was great) * Staff ( helpful, friendly and informative)
* should be porcelain cup intead cartoon glass in the room (it should be essential) * empty minibar (not nice) * do I need to request toothpaste, all the time? I didn't bring one because in the plane, the liquid limited allowance. So, I bought one toothpaste and left in the room, maybe some other guest may use.
