* Breakfast: A wide variety of food
* Free water on the table (even water, it is a good sign, somebody cares about you)
* Restaurant, delicious food, I strongly recommend maybe the menu is not big enough though

* Staff ( helpful, friendly and informative)
* should be porcelain cup intead cartoon glass in the room (it should be essential)
* empty minibar (not nice)
* do I need to request toothpaste, all the time? I didn't bring one because in the plane, the liquid limited allowance. So, I bought one toothpaste and left in the room, maybe some other guest may use.

We choose a budget hotel and this was better than budget. We had room only, a local supermarket provided us with breakfast. The general areas were comfortable, staff were friendly and accessible for the trams to the convention centre.
We were very happy with our stay. Would have been a nice touch to have mugs or cups rather than paper cups. But all was very good.

Didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. It was too expensive.
I did enjoy some evening meals and thought they were value for money
Didn’t like paper cups for hot drinks in the rooms.

It was ok, garage great, rooms ideal - staff were helpful and attentive-but we had to wait along time for our evening meal one night
Access to the shower was small, with a high sided bath! To help there were towel rails, but the lower rail was far to loose to risk using xx It would be helpful to have a plug socket for each bed in the twin bedroom!

All is fine: location, amenities, confy beds, big rooms, very nice breakfast, etc.
My only complaint is the size of the blanket. Terribly small (both short and narrow) even for single average size person. Not pleasant at all
