In 20 minutes walking distance to the Dom and train station as well the riverwalk . The filtered water as well as bubble water to fill in bottles to take to your room . Excellent . Also if you are a water drinker you could fill your water bottle . Staff was courteous, polite and helpful.
Hand held shower attachment would not stay put while showering which was annoying .
Two person room but only one chair and a small table . We would have preferred a working desk and at least 2 chairs .
In the bathroom hardly any space to put items for toiletries or hooks to hang clothes .

They have an additional building and I think they need to specify if booking is being done there. May be they give less priority if you booking through Booking.com and hence sent me to the additional building.
Also, even after specifying for getting a slightly early check-in (at 12:30pm), they flatly refused (even though the hotel did not seem busy at all in the 3 days I was there).

The location was just 4 stops by train to City center or a 20 min walk. The train was 4 min walk and a day pass is 9 euro, you can get on and off all day, best and cheapest way to get around. So many shops and restaurants within a 10 min walk.
I stayed 5 days as my husband took sick and was in the hospital. Had to find an Hotel fast, he joined me the last 2 days. I did not include breakfast in my rate as I don't like to eat that much in the morning. My husband did go down 1 morning and had waffles. He said the Buffet was wonderful looking and they had everything. We were charged 24 euro for his breakfast. Big plus is the Coffee (expresso) in room as well as water. They have water bottle system in the lobby that you take a clean bottle fill it with Sparkling / Still or Still Cold water. Each day you just bring you bottle or bottles down. Take clean ones and go. The water was the only one in all the countries that we went to that I enjoyed and started drinking more. All in all it was a very good stay and the staff were friendly and accomodating to all our request. Big plus they spoke English. There is one thing I noticed that the further you get from the tourist areas not everyone speaks English, I don't speak German but they will work with you to figure out what you need.
They did have a sister hotel closer to the Hospital which I wish I would have noticed and booked. It's hard working on a phone screen when you are older with glasses. This location also had an apartment complex connected so it really felt more like an apartment vibe in the lobby.

There was no water in the room and not even a small refrigerator. The toiletries were not there like toothpaste and other items. The coffee maker also had no water.

Hotel was well located close to the metro lines, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked the hotel to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and they arranged a nice surprise in our room and a customized card, she loved it!
No restaurant or bar for evening food and nowhere it was mentioned. Luckily there are some restaurant choices close by.

Our stay was extremely disappointing and highly unsafe, particularly for families. Around 3:00 AM, we were repeatedly disturbed by drunk guests knocking aggressively on our door and running away. Reception was unreachable, leaving us isolated and vulnerable in the annex building. Furthermore, the bathroom slab dangerously collapsed while our toddlers were bathing, narrowly avoiding injury. This experience highlighted severe security and safety failures, making the hotel highly unsuitable and unsafe for families with young children. Immediate attention and significant improvements are urgently required to prevent such distressing situations in the future.

Only spent one night, but it was very spacious, clean and in a quiet and calm area and not too far from the train to get to the city centre. The bed was extremely comfortable
The door looked like it had been broken into previously so there was a small gap and didn't quite close properly which was a little concerning
