The room is very clean and there is a supermarket next to the hotel just incase someone wants to buy something urgent.
The staff at the reception are welcoming and understanding incase you want to change the room or so. I find this really amazing.

environment and bar area is quite happening and good.
They only accept cash, which is too harsh and unfeasible, even to rent lockers or use cafe and bar.
i have prepaid the charges, but i don't know how the city tax was not charged, so they asked for payment at the front desk and only needed card, which i don't have, so it almost became risk for 12 euro i would not able to check in. but somehow i managed through online and checked in.

The breakfast was good and satisfying, and the location was also awesome, It had so many options even for us who were travelling solo and on a budget, would definitely recommend. its near the bus stop.

The room was modern and spacious, and it was not far from the train station.
The room was not very clean. There was dirt under the bed, and the bed sheets should be replaced and cleaned daily, but I found some hair and dirt on the bed, which was not pleasant. The receptionist was not very friendly. Overall, the cleaning service needs to improve.

Staff are repeatedly described as helpful and personable. Situated in the Braunsfeld district, the environment is calm, and guests report good access to public transport for exploring Cologne. A clean, modern environment and engaging social amenities.
It’s not centrally located—plan transit accordingly. Basic breakfast and minimal room décor might fall short for some. Expect potential extra charges for some of the services.

Great hotel with lots going on, its a hostel hotel so lots of people coming and going. Great support from staff, overall a great experience.
No where to put suit cases in room. Little things but working from floor was not great.

The hotel’s design is very nice, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are well organized. There’s a market nearby, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals. Public transportation is only a 10-minute walk away, and it takes about 10 minutes to reach the city center.
Some mornings there was noise coming from outside. If you are sensitive to noise, this might be a minor issue.

I loved staying here. It was my first experience in a hostel, and I definitely recommend it for solo female travelers. It was close to a park, and the neighborhood was beautiful, so you didn't feel like a tourist.

The hotel is amazing. It’s very comfortable and has all the necessary amenities.
Something I did not like was that my sheets were dirty, I reported the issue in the morning and when I got back at night, the dirty sheets were still there. So, I had to go to the reception one more time and they took care of it. Besides that, everything was okay.

The second night, I shared a room with a much older guy who behaved erratically and strangely. It was a night I couldn't rest because I felt unsafe.
The guy spent the whole night staring at the wall, drinking energy drinks, and going to the bathroom. He left the bathroom in disgusting condition.
