Great hotel with lots going on, its a hostel hotel so lots of people coming and going. Great support from staff, overall a great experience.
No where to put suit cases in room. Little things but working from floor was not great.

The room is very clean and there is a supermarket next to the hotel just incase someone wants to buy something urgent.
The staff at the reception are welcoming and understanding incase you want to change the room or so. I find this really amazing.

The hotel’s design is very nice, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are well organized. There’s a market nearby, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals. Public transportation is only a 10-minute walk away, and it takes about 10 minutes to reach the city center.
Some mornings there was noise coming from outside. If you are sensitive to noise, this might be a minor issue.

I loved staying here. It was my first experience in a hostel, and I definitely recommend it for solo female travelers. It was close to a park, and the neighborhood was beautiful, so you didn't feel like a tourist.

The hotel is amazing. It’s very comfortable and has all the necessary amenities.
Something I did not like was that my sheets were dirty, I reported the issue in the morning and when I got back at night, the dirty sheets were still there. So, I had to go to the reception one more time and they took care of it. Besides that, everything was okay.

The second night, I shared a room with a much older guy who behaved erratically and strangely. It was a night I couldn't rest because I felt unsafe.
The guy spent the whole night staring at the wall, drinking energy drinks, and going to the bathroom. He left the bathroom in disgusting condition.

Hospitable staff, good location with own car, free parking, very good breakfast, free wifi and reasonable price. The room had 6 beds and the size of the room for our family with 2 adults and 3 kids was perfect but it would not be very suitable for 6 adults.
Minimum facilities in rooms, for example no sofa, only a couple of stools, no tooth brush/paste, no slippers and no fridge. The position for TV was not good and there is no sitting space to watch TV while the size of bathroom was very large and there was a separate toilet which seemed unnecessary.
We stayed only one night and we did not need such facilities but for longer stays, these lack of facilities maybe annoying.

I choose this hotel because of parking. But there was no FREE parking. They asked me 19€ for one night for parking. If i knew before, i would choose another one, cheaper one.

environment and bar area is quite happening and good.
They only accept cash, which is too harsh and unfeasible, even to rent lockers or use cafe and bar.
i have prepaid the charges, but i don't know how the city tax was not charged, so they asked for payment at the front desk and only needed card, which i don't have, so it almost became risk for 12 euro i would not able to check in. but somehow i managed through online and checked in.

The facility seemed to be new
The 4 bunk-bed room was literally ‘mixed’. Spent 4 nights with 3 men as a female solo traveler. I was on the top bunk bed and thankfully nothing happened, but i did not feel secure. Also, on my 5th day of stay another girl came in to stay on the vacant bed (1 of the 3 men checked out a day before) which was literally connected to another bed where a man was sleeping. Heard her talking on the phone how scared she was and shortly she left and didn’t come back for the night.

The location was good, kitchen with a place to seat.
Beautifull entrance and lounge
my check in was in 4 instead of 3 as they told it's not clean although to compensate gave me a kolnisch beer.
I got the room and sadly the cover blanket and pillow was with hair and dirty.
I mentioned it in an email as the receptionist yold me but they didn't do anything
Also the receptionist said she will change it a.s.p but didn't.

What a beautiful coincidence! I took my plane from Malaga to Weeze, I saw a girl boarding, we landed and I took the bus with the same girl to go to the station! We took the same train to Düsseldorf, we start talking, not knowing that we are in the same direction lol we had delays on all trains in Germany! We did 4 hours for only 60 km then I told her that I was going to this place she started laughing and told me that I work here loll she told me that there is Mathieu and Omar they will be surprised and once there-down I asked them who is Omar who is Mathieu everyone was looking at each other surprised loll and then I told them Olga to say hello to you loll
What lovely people to meet in this Hostel, I arrived very tired and I found Omar and Mathieu at 2 o'clock in the morning, they treated me very well and made it easier for me to check in, all my respect to the good hearts of these people
