We had an issue with the AC in our bedroom, and the staff was quick to try to resolve it. When the problem couldn’t be fixed, they kindly moved us to another room. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the process.
The location is a little far from downtown, but the tram station is only about a 500-meter walk away, making it easy to get around. There is also a supermarket downstairs, and the neighborhood feels safe and pleasant. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
No mini fridge in the bedroom - it would be great to have one

Disappointing
The open cafeteria in entrance floor is nice, surrounding neighborhood is also quiet and tidy.
1. A bit distance from the nearest S-Bahn station and tram station, while the connection bus is not working during the weenends.
2. I saw a cacoroach on my towel in the room at the 3rd night I stay there. Unbeliveable.
3. I didn't locked my own closet at the cuz I think there is nothing vaulable to protect. BUT, someone did opened it during daytime when I'm out. It makes me doubt about the staff quality here.

I really liked how clean it was
Maybe the fact that they didn't mention they are card only, the night I arrived I couldn't pay because of lack of money in my card and booked here with this assumption that they accept cash, although I put the blame on me but it would have been nice if they accepted cash

Kind staff at entrance.
Janitor was very rude.I was late only 2 minute for check out.He rushed into room,pointed time,and he got dust everywhere before i leave.And it indirectly forced me to out of room

Only good thing was a decent breakfast.
The whole night air conditioner did not work. The room was boiling hot and reported the issue to the front desk, that person did come twice but still the room was boiling hot. The whole family did not sleep and had the worst ever experience in any of the hotel. The fact the hotel facility didn’t check the room before giving out to the guests, room should have been in the perfect condition. Get me the money back as my family didn’t enjoy at all!

The location was great - it's adjacent to a grocery store. There is a large open space that kids could play safely. There is a shared kitchen. The bar and kitchen were open and the staff was great.

Wonderful
Room was good, we had lockers for all of us, so space for luggage wasn't a problem. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big too. Next to each bed there was a bed light and an outlet to charge your phone. The staff was nice, we arrived there at around 23:00 and the reception was open. All in all pretty good for the price
The only bad thing is the location, this hotel is not really near the center, and the bus/tram takes between 20-40 minutes to the cathedral area, depending on the time of day

The staff was so, so kind and friendly. The facilities (the kitchen and laundry) were amazing.
There were fecal stains both inside of the toilet and outside of the toilet. Additionally, the shower did not drain.

Has a great kitchen, social area and bar. Everything was very clean, both in the rooms and common areas. Beds were comfortable. Nearby supermarkets are a great big help.
The location was a little far but not a big issue.

Location. Proximity to restaurants , grocery stores and the Rhein Energie Stadion and Stadtwald. Free parking on the street if you choose. Kitchen and refrigerators available for guest use. Nice lobby lounging area. Friendly staff.

It is very clean, seems to be new, and very modern and the staff are very enthusiastic and welcoming
The specific share form that I got two bunks and one bed with two mattress is great for a family deal but a bit awkward when all strangers since they are extremely close to each other

The property was a relatively new development and everything seems fresh.
The first floor rooms feel the vibration from downstairs breakfast zone. A lot of traffic in the morning. Cant sleep if you a light sleeper
