Our room was upgraded and was amazing. The spa is calm and relaxing with good facilities. The roof top garden with a bar was great and very relaxing for some sunbathing and restful moments. The aufgus every hour was a great bonus too. Literally cannot fault this location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning to this hotel very soon.
A kettle in the room would be nice but the fact there isn’t one doesn’t take anything away from what a great place this is to stay at. Cannot really fault this hotel.

Disappointing
The room was specious and the bed was comfy
The pool is away too small than on pics. Also it opens late in the morning and warm you there naked men and women swimming, in sauna and jacuzzi. I had a shock they didn’t allow to wear bikini in the sauna and seen three naked men went in while I was in my bikinis they were completely naked. I didn’t take jacuzzi since again women and men were naked sitting in it. So disappointed and the hotel should clearly stated their swimming and sauna roles on the websites.

The room was nice, big TV and fan provided in the room
I was in the annex which was accessed by exiting the hotel and walking around the outside. There was no robe\dressing gown in the room and the access to the spa was a worksite with no robes or towels so I didn't get to use the spa. The pillow was a random collection of lumps. The bathroom was huge but the sink, toilet and shower were built into one corner meaning that you were pressed against the shower when sat on the toilet, which with the space was completely unnecessary.

Great staff! Staff was very friendly and helpful! The manager Thomas was very kind and accommodating. We had booked a quadruple room for one night for a sister’s getaway, two of us decided to extend our stay an extra night to use the Therme and booked massages. It was very relaxing and a great decision, given that we had done a lot of sight seeing and wanted to relax. We also really enjoyed the rooftop bar area with fantastic views. The proximity to the sights was also important to us and it definitely met our expectations!

It’s in a great location with plenty of gay friendly bars nearby and plenty of restaurants too. The Spa facilities were amazing too. Staff were really friendly and super helpful as well.
To be charged per person per day for using the Spa facilities but never told by booking.com or the hotel staff until check out that, rooms book through booking.com do not include use of the Spa was completely unacceptable and wrong. There did seem to be a lot of doors being slammed shut throughout the night, waking us up each time was also a big issue.

The room the second day of our stay was not cleaned.
Therme is only as of 12 years old. It is not a good fit if you want to stay with younger kids.
