The saunas are wonderful, great variety, and the whole spa area is very relaxing, clean, and spacious. The location is also excellent and, the hotel is very accessible via train, which we loved. Cool area, too, with a great Vietnamese restaurant nearby.
Maybe don't go to the spa area alone late at night if you are a woman...my wife was followed into a sauna by a man who offered unwelcome compliments on her body. This, after she witnessed a couple being...intimate...in the pool. There is a whole list of rules and signs posted all over, but inevitably some will ignore them. We were both much happier with the vibes during the day, and very happy with the variety of saunas, and the pools! We'll be back.

The spa part of the hotel was excellent. Great conditions. I do think it should be made clear to non-germans that there is no “swimming pool” as in a rectangle to get a good swimming workout in. Booking.com says it has a pool
The hotel was extremely dated. I had no bed sheet just a duvet. No swimming pool to workout in.

The location was great with easy access to the main attractions and eateries. The room was perfect for us, clean and quiet. The spa was amazing and not overly busy. Most visitors were naked and we were both comfortable with that and confident to go with the local culture as it felt completely natural. Highly recommend the Aufguss sessions. We both came away feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Would definitely go back there.
A kettle in the room or available to hire at reception would be handy. However we couldn’t fault this hotel spa at all really.

If you are Dutch, don’t go to this hotel. Horrible service. I will never go back here. If you simply want a bottle of water the best response of the staff is walk outside for 10 minutes and you will find something

Nice hotel with spa facilities. Close to public transport. Own parking (though with challenging drive in).

The staffs were very nice and accommodating, they communicated with me very well and they were patient and helpful. I definitely revisit this place
