Just the location
I bought to room with twin beds and paid extra for catedral view. But there was no room left with twin beds therefore I was downgraded with an available room without refund. When you eat your breakfast, they say you need to go because we will prepare for lunch. Absurd.

The staff were very helpful, the hotel is a very impressive building in a great location, although i didn't use the leisure facilities is nice to have the choice, the breakfast was extensive with plenty of choice, the room was a good size and nice to have a fridge, the kiosk is a good idea and reasonable priced
The room was an inside facing room without access to an opening window, which made the room feel a bit stuffy especially after a shower, understandably there was limited English TV channels to watch so it would have been good to cast my mobile phone to the TV to watch films, then i would have been inclined to stay in with room service or snacks from the kiosk

The facilities the location & the service was brilliant. Breakfast was ok The Spa facilities was really good. The parking price was expensive. Check in & Check out process was very easy. I would definitely come back & recommend this hotel to everyone.
The room smelt like someone had smoked in the room before us. Beds could be more comfortable.

Elevator takes forever. The staircase leads to outside of the hotel instead of the lobby. So neither is convenient.
